The book is informative and, I believe, a type of book important for any woman to read. I think a better approach might have been for her to select a single representative work from each era and focus more deeply, rather than covering absolutely everything, which results in absurdities like trying to explain Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s feminist resonance in a single paragraph.
